OUR STORY Hello! We are Lee and Bety Sheldon. Both Lee and I (Betsy) grew up and graduated from Viroqua, WI and married in 2012. Lee is a full-time union commercial/industrial electrician. Betsy is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. We have three girls, Loralei who is 9, and our twins Layelle and Larkin who are 6 years old. In 2018, we bought a home with 15 acres, and it had everything we were asking for. After settling in our new Cashton home, we thought about a crop we could grow to help get our 'city' girls outside, show them hard work, and provide a fruitful future for them. We chose to grow lavender. However, the learning curve was steep! Our first 2 years were trial… and mostly error, but we didn't give up and turned those errors into knowledge. This is our 5th year (2024) planting and growing lavender. We have about 700 established plants in the ground and plan to expand to 1,000 in 2025. We are so very grateful for the beauty of our property and the strength of our family. Our driftless region lavender farm is located near Cashton, WI. We make our own lavender products, using all the parts of our lavender plants. We make a wide variety of products along with selling lavender bundle bouquets and buds. Our most popular products include lip balm, lavender stuffed and weighted teddy bears, sprays, sleep masks, bath bombs, lavender lemonade and much more. We love all things lavender and are always excited to learn different ways we can use it.
